Justin Nessen, from Howell, Utah, brings a unique blend of expertise to real estate, with degrees in Welding, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Management from BYU Idaho, Weber State University, and the University of Texas Tyler, respectively.

His entry into real estate was sparked by a successful home renovation in Wisconsin, uncovering a passion for using real estate as a financial growth tool.

His focus shifted towards multifamily real estate investment, leveraging his renovation and construction experiences to not only achieve financial returns but also to enhance living spaces.

Justin founded Lighthouse Multifamily Partners, a company dedicated to creating substantial investor returns while offering hassle-free property ownership. Lighthouse aims to be a partner in generating generational wealth and promoting community development.

With ambitious goals, Justin plans to expand to over 500 cash-flowing properties in three years and manage a $200 million real estate portfolio in five years. His approach emphasizes the importance of authentic, resilient investment strategies that improve lives and communities, showcasing his commitment to excellence and innovative real estate investment.

Tate's passion is improving apartment buildings in such a way that maximizes value of community. In order to provide solid, consistent returns to investors and well-being to residents, Tate and team operate clean, safe, progressive communities that promote a thriving living environment. Tate hosts “The Apartment Gurus Podcast” and serves on the Executive Board of the Utah Real Estate Investor Association. He enjoys helping fellow investors and entrepreneurs through mentoring and coaching. Tate's other passions include big-mountain skiing and mountain biking, music, and hiking with his dog, Joey.
